Brighter Homes LLC is a member of the SBA and is female owned and operated business located in central Wisconsin. Our first real estate venture was purchased in 2012. Our company is dedicated to the renewal of our community through property renovation and preservation.
We focus on buying depreciated homes that have gone into foreclosure, homes that are bringing down neighboring property values; we then do complete renovations inside and out. This process increases values not only to the homes we buy but to the homes in the surrounding community.
We also have a rental property branch of Brighter Homes LLC that offers rent to own opportunities to families that want to have a home to call their own but may need a year or two to qualify for a loan. We are focused on providing quality homes at a price to fit your budget.
Our latest venture is taking our own person success with rentals and offering it to other investors, through a property Management branch Brighter Properties LLC

I grew up the daughter of a gifted carpenter in the Chicago land area. As a child, my favorite place was my dad's work shop. I went to school to study fine arts and worked professionally as a graphic artist. My love of building and an eye for design make Brighter Homes LLC my dream company to run,
